How to Get Started:

Use our intake form to tell us about your situation and schedule a time to meet in our offices (or online).
Before your session, our admin team will reach out to give you information about billing (or insurance), paperwork, and the location of your session.

During your initial session, you’ll get a chance to asks questions, share more about your situation, and talk about your goals for therapy.
Your intake specialist will give you more information about what counseling at Rally Point looks like, and help you consider therapists who may be a good fit.

Once you’ve had your initial session, you’ll start meeting with your ongoing therapist regularly.
Together you’ll work through complicated feelings, navigate situations you are facing, and learn about techniques or skills that improve your mental health.
