Finding Parking

The best place to park is in Elgin’s “Free Parking” lot directly South of our office. There are a couple street parking spots, but generally they fill quickly. There is also a single handicap parking spot directly in front of our entrance for accessibility.

Street parking in Elgin has a 2 hour base limit normally. Parking in the free lot has no time limit, but during special events (farmer’s market during the summer), it can get busy. Click the map to see a full-screen version.

Getting Upstairs

Our main entrance is via an elevator located on the river side of the building. We realize the entrance looks a little strange going in for the first time - but once you go in and head up to our office on the 3rd floor, we promise things look more normal.

If you’re coming in for an initial session, you’ll be provided with your therapist’s number prior to the session, and you can contact your therapist if you have any questions about getting in to the office.

Waiting for Your Therapist

Once you’re inside, you can have a seat in the waiting area where your therapist will come get you for your session.

Therapists are often finishing previous sessions, so feel free to grab a drink or snack while you wait!
