Women's Generational Trauma Workshop: Setting Healthy Boundaries
Women's Generational Trauma Workshop: Setting Healthy Boundaries
This workshop series invites women to break free from the cycles of generational trauma by developing the essential skill of setting healthy boundaries. Through guided reflection and practical exercises, participants will uncover how inherited family roles, unspoken rules, and cultural expectations have shaped their ability to advocate for themselves. Together, we’ll build a framework for recognizing, communicating, and maintaining boundaries across key areas of life—physical, emotional, time, financial, intellectual, and material. The goal is to move from patterns of guilt, resentment, and over-functioning toward empowered, balanced, and compassionate self-advocacy.
