Grief After Loss: A 5-Week Support Group
You don’t have to carry grief alone.
If you’re grieving the death of someone significant to you, you may feel overwhelmed, isolated, or unsure how to move forward when others expect you to be okay. Grief can touch every part of your life, and it’s not always easy to find support from people who truly understand.
This weekly support group offers a safe, compassionate space to receive support alongside others who are navigating similar losses. Over the course of five weeks, you’ll find understanding, encouragement, and connection with people who can relate to what you’re experiencing, helping to ease feelings of isolation and loneliness.
We lead this group with experience in grief counseling and a deep respect for the way grief shows up differently for each person. We offer guidance, emotional support, and practical tools to help you cope with loss in healthy, sustainable ways. Our role is to walk with you, at your pace, as you find steadiness and healing.
You are welcome here, just as you are
