Baby It’s (Getting) Cold Outside: A 6-Week Support Group for the Colder Months

You don’t have to face the colder months alone.

When the days get shorter and the holidays start closing in, it’s common to feel more tired, more isolated, or more pressure than usual. Low energy, low mood, and the sense that caring for yourself is an uphill battle are all normal reactions to this time of year.

This weekly support group offers a warm, steady space to connect with others who are feeling the same pull. Over six sessions, you’ll learn practical, whole-person ways to build resilience - how you rest, move, eat, connect, and think - so the season feels more manageable.

We lead this group with care and a plain-spoken approach. Each week you’ll leave with something concrete to try, and by the end you’ll have a personal toolkit built around what actually works for you.

You are welcome here, just as you are.
