Kelsey Kruel, LPC, MA

LICENSED Professional Counselor - Illinois

Let's keep it real: therapy can feel intimidating. Talking to a "stranger" about your life may not seem like the most comfortable experience. I get it. With that said, know that you deserve to be heard. Internal and external challenges can be confusing, draining, overwhelming—but you don't have to carry these things alone.

I'm Kelsey! I'm a mixed-race, cis-gender female (she/her) therapist. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have a Masters of Science in Counseling. My approach is pretty simple: come as you are and share as much as you're ready to share. I'll help you put some pieces together and we'll work as a team to find ways to manage whatever is impacting you. You dictate the pace and what to work through; I'll provide support, validation, professional guidance, and space.

Not sure where to start? Not a problem. We'll be intentional about building a solid relationship and ensuring that working together is a good fit for you. Ready to level-up, expand your mental/emotional toolkit, and/or release what is no longer serving you? Great - I'll challenge you while providing a high level of support and encouragement.

I typically work with teens/youth (12+), young adults (18-26), adults (26+), parents, and athletes. I welcome all gender identities, sexual orientations, races, and cultures.
